These T&Cs apply to all orders and enquiries via forma-studio.ch.

Offers and Prices

All prices are stated in CHF. As a small business under Art. 10 VAT Act, we are not subject to VAT. Prices are exclusive of VAT.

Digital Products (Shop)

Upon purchase of an STL file, you will receive a download link once payment has been received. As these are digital products, no right of return applies once the download has been completed.

Print Your Design / Custom Design

After receiving your request, we will get back to you with a price estimate. An order is only considered binding upon written confirmation by Forma Studio. Delivery times are communicated individually.

Payment

Payment is processed via WooPayments (credit card, TWINT).

Liability

Forma Studio accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of printed objects.

Applicable Law

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Volketswil.

Delivery Conditions

We ship exclusively within Switzerland via Swiss Post. Shipping costs are included in the price. No additional shipping charges apply. Delivery time is 3–5 business days from completion of printing. The completion date varies depending on the complexity and scope of the order. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready to ship. Digital products (STL files) are delivered immediately via download link upon receipt of payment, with no shipping time.
